1. Order
It is very easy to make an order. Browse our website; feel free to choose the product that you interest. Tommy, our operational manager, will guide you after. Then, email us with your purchase order form and the item’s code. Please contact us for the whole items wholesale pricelist form and get special price if you order more than US$ 3500. If you want another color for some designs, please inform us and give us sample colors you want. We have more than 25 colors (You can see in the catalogue), so you can combine or choose colors you like.
2. Payment Methods
We accept payment by TT (Telegraphic Transfer) to our Bank Account, Western Union, or MoneyGram. We require 50% Deposit Payment, from the total order amount at the time of order is placed, and the 50% balance payment when all the merchandise are ready to ship. Full payment required for all purchase order with total amount less than US$ 2,000. Please email at sales@wahyoutradingjewelry.com or call us your bank transfer's receipt in order that we can monitor the status of your transfer. We will start to process your order once we have received your payment at our bank account for deposit or full payment.
3. Minimum Order
If you come to our showroom in Indonesia, you have no minimum order for all our jewelries stuffs. However, if you make order through internet, you have minimum order for 20 pcs each design (per color minimal five pcs each design). For other stuffs such Balinese Bags, Puzzle, and other non-beads stuffs, you have minimal order 10 pcs each design (per color minimal five pcs each design).
4. FREE Samples Order
Samples of your order are always FREE OF CHARGES (excluding shipping cost). If you have any couriers account for collect payment in destination, then we will send the samples free.
We provides 10 up to 20 pieces of assorted items for free samples, depend on our stock availability.
5. Production Time
Normally, a standard time to make 1000 pcs mix design of jewelries and accessories, takes time 2-4 weeks (excluding the shipping time), depends on the condition of our warehouse (when it full order or not). We have our own warehouse and more than 200 staffs, so, we make it faster than other does. If your order more than more than 1000 pcs mix designs, it takes maximal time 4-6 weeks (excluding the shipping time). Production time depends on the quantity and the complexity of your order.
We have some product ready stock, (Please contact us for further information).
Most carvings, fiberglass, ceramic, wood and glass beads are made for you when you order them, so you have fresh products. All of our products are handmade of Indonesian people, no machinery or factory’s helps except the acrylic material or beads.
We will keep on informing you with the progress of your order through email and photos.
We will send you the copy of Bill of Lading (BL) and other related documents through email.
6. Refund – Cancellation
When the first deposit was agreed, no refund or cancellation is possible.
We will inform to the customer regarding the balance payment when all merchandise are ready to ship through email. Tell us if you want more detail about your order’s total items, kinds of product materials, or how our worker creates your order in order to make your customer understand better about the stuffs.
If there is no Balance Payment made after 40 days starting from our notification, all orders are lost. If you want to negotiate with us about your problem, please email or contact us, in order to make us really have good relation ship, or maybe we have solution to solve your problems.
7. Delivery – Shipping
Airfreight will take about 3 - 7 working days to reach your address (depend on destinations).
Sea Freight will take about 4 - 8 weeks depending to destinations.
We normally use courier service such: FedEx, UPS, DHL, Postal Office, Air Cargo, etc. We will give the phone number, website or contact info to you for further information if you want to use their service. If you want to leave us to handle the shipment of your order, we will send to you through email the billing of shipment cost (mostly, the cargo or any courier service just send the product after you pay all the shipment cost). Please tell us about kind of the courier services you want and kind of shipments you want (through Air or Sea Freight). NO EXTRA CHARGE added if you want to get any information about shipments to us. You have FREE SERVICE from us about the cost of checking the price for any courier services, in order to compare quality of service and cheaper price.
Air Freight, normally using either which one is greater, Actual Weight or Total Volume. Formula to find out the Total volume - Dimension is (Height x Length x Width) divided by 6,000 = Total Volume in kilograms. For Packaging, we normally using standard boxes with dimension of: 58 x 34 x 49 cm. Just for additional information, 1 cbm can have 8 standard boxes - While 20 ft Container can be fill up by 300 standard boxes or equal to 30 cbm in volume
8. Damaged Merchandise
If the damaged caused by our Wahyou Trading staffs, we will refund the amount of damaged as a new credit for your next order or we will pay cash through your bank account after you send back the stuffs to us.
We will always do our best to our entire valued customer. Please give us any critic or suggestion after you make order with us. It is useful to us in order to increase our service quality to make you feel satisfy more.
9. See Us
It would be more than happy if we can meet you in Bali (in our showroom). If you have plenty of time, we will take you around the Exotic island of Bali and feel the deliciously Balinese food with Halal certified. |
